The GEO-LDN is inviting you to attend to the “GEO-LDN Global Dialogue Forum 2023” due on November 2-4, 2023 in Cape Town (South Africa). You are a resource manager, land use planner, academia representative, EO specialist, environmental expert, decision-maker ? Don’t hesitate to apply for this Forum before August 31st, 2023.

The GEO-LDN is a stakeholder-driven initiative which shares the same vision as the Joint Implementation Network for land degradation monitoring service in Africa, created by the OSS under the North Africa GMES Consortium. The GEO-LDN team experts are adopting a cross-fertilization approach and collaborating with their counterparts of the North Africa GMES Consortium on land degradation monitoring and the process of establishing the MISLAND-Africa: the “One continental Service or Window” for monitoring land degradation in the African continent (including the islands).
